About Otibho Edeke-Agbareh
Otibho Edeke-Agbareh has built a global reputation for her expertise in humanitarian response and family assistance, supporting organisations who face mass fatality incidents and other major crises. She is recognised for her ability to lead with compassion and professionalism in the most difficult of circumstances, ensuring that survivors and families receive care, dignity and clear communication at every stage.
Her career spans major aviation accidents, civil emergencies and conflict situations including the Air India Express crash in Kerala, the Beirut Blast, the Manchester Arena bombing, the Grenfell Tower fire, and humanitarian crises in Ukraine and Gaza. At Kenyon International, as Head of Humanitarian Assistance, she worked with airlines, governments and global companies to deliver crisis planning, consultancy and direct family assistance, and developed innovative cross-disciplinary approaches to integrate family assistance with media engagement.
Otibho has also served as Emergency Preparedness Manager for London at the UK Health Security Agency, where she contributed to the response to Covid-19, Mpox, and other public health emergencies. Her international experience includes consultancy at the International Red Cross in Geneva and deployment with the UK International Emergency Medical Team. She continues to practice as a senior occupational therapist in the NHS, providing complex trauma rehabilitation and bringing clinical insight into her humanitarian leadership.
A skilled trainer and speaker, Otibho has delivered family assistance training across Europe, the Middle East, Canada and Asia-Pacific, from frontline responders to senior leadership teams. She has been invited to keynote and contribute to high-level discussions including the UN International Civil Aviation Organisation symposium on victim assistance, and the Chartered Institute of Public Relations conference, where she shared strategies for addressing mental health in high-pressure industries.
Otibho holds a Master’s degree in Global Health and Development from University College London and is completing a Professional Doctorate in Criminal Justice at the University of Portsmouth. Her work reflects a belief that family assistance is not simply a procedure but a moral responsibility and a measure of leadership.

About Natalie Fairchild
Natalie Fairchild is a crisis and disaster management professional with nearly a decade of experience in frontline response and consultancy. She has contributed to responses during major aviation incidents, mass-fatality events, the COVID-19 pandemic in the UK and US, and the evacuation of Ukrainian refugees where she was responsible for establishing and managing Family Assistance Centres in Poland.
Her professional career spans a number of industries, including public sector contingency planning, crisis management software consultancy, and as a responder with UN-classified organisations SARAID and RE:ACT where she also leads humanitarian response across London. At Kenyon International she managed global consultancy programmes and was actively engaged in the operations of crisis management centres during international high-profile incidents for commercial and local government clients.
Natalie’s expertise lies in family assistance, welfare support, mental health interventions and personal effects operations. She has participated in United Nations ICAO working groups contributing to positive change in the facilitation of family assistance in aviation and published articles in National Geographic and ERAA Magazine and has presented thought leadership on panels and webinars hosted by the Business Continuity Institute.
She holds an MSc in Risk Analysis Disasters and Resilience from King’s College London and focussed her final research thesis on the risk and opportunities for different categories of responders in crises. Her work reflects a commitment to combining technical proficiency with empathy ensuring that responders, survivors and families receive care with dignity.
Natalie is based in London and continues to contribute to the development of best practice in crisis management and humanitarian response.
